Should you wish to return goods, we recommend the following non-binding procedure:
Please fill out our electronic cancellation form and submit it. We will confirm receipt of the cancellation immediately by email. You can also notify us of your wish to cancel by email (info@kleiderbuegel-kaufen.de) or by letter. In any case, please also read our cancellation policy.

After your order and payment by invoice, credit card, or PayPal, the goods usually leave our warehouse on the following working day. For payment by advance bank transfer, we ship the goods one day after receipt of payment in our account. Within Germany, you will receive our package 2-5 working days after shipment via DHL or, in certain cases, via DPD.

Within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 5.90 euros per order; for orders of 69.00 euros or more, delivery is free. Shipping to other EU countries costs between €19 and €29, or up to €200 for very large shipments. You can view the exact shipping costs before completing your order.

We generally ship with DHL. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Delivery to DHL Packstations is not possible. If the driver does not find anyone at the delivery address, they will try to leave the package with neighbors, deposit it at the nearest DHL parcel shop, or take it back and attempt delivery again. In any case, they will leave a note in your mailbox with the relevant information. For questions about the package transit, please send a message to info@kleiderbuegel-kaufen.de. Should you wish to return goods, please contact us before the return shipment at info@kleiderbuegel-kaufen.de.

In rare cases, delivery is carried out by DPD.

How to pay with us

We offer you a wide range of payment methods with the highest security standards. All payment data is encrypted and secured with an SSL connection. Furthermore, we do not see or store your account details or credit card information at any point. Immediately after placing the order, this data is forwarded to our certified payment service provider and is not accessible to us. Our payment service provider for PayPal payments, as well as for credit card and invoice payments, is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg with its payment service PayPal PLUS. Please also note the following instructions:

Payment by credit card

We accept Mastercard and Visa. This payment method is also available to our customers in Austria. You will not incur any costs. When selecting the credit card payment method, the order will be shipped as soon as possible and the amount will be charged to your credit card account in the days following receipt of the order. MAWA GmbH does not store any credit card information. Our partner for credit card acceptance is PayPal PLUS (see note above). You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Payment with PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can also use this for payment. This payment method is also available to our customers outside of Germany. There are no costs involved. We will ship the goods as quickly as possible.

Payment by advance bank transfer

The goods will be shipped as soon as the amount has been credited to our account. Please note that the delivery time is slightly longer when choosing this payment method. There are no fees for this payment method. This payment method is also available to our customers outside of Germany. After placing the order, you will receive an email with all the necessary account details.
