If you wish to return goods, we recommend the following non-binding procedure:
Please fill out our electronic cancellation form and submit it. We will then confirm receipt of your cancellation promptly by email. You can also notify us of your cancellation request by email ( info@kleiderbuegel-kaufen.de ) or letter. Please also read our cancellation policy in any case.

After you place your order and pay by invoice, credit card, or PayPal, your order will usually leave our warehouse the next business day. If you pay in advance, we will ship the order one day after we receive your payment. Within Germany, you will receive your package within 2-5 business days of delivery via DHL or, in certain cases, DPD.

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €69.00. Shipping to other EU countries costs between €19 and €29, or up to €100 for very large shipments. You can see the exact shipping costs before completing your order.

We usually ship with DHL. Delivery takes place Monday through Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Likewise, delivery to DHL Packstations is not possible. If the driver cannot find anyone at the delivery address, they will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor, leave it at the nearest DHL Parcel Shop, or pick it up and redeliver. In rare cases, delivery is made by DPD.

How to pay with us

We offer a wide range of payment methods with the highest security standards. All payment data is encrypted and secured with an SSL connection. Furthermore, we do not see or store your account and credit card information anywhere. Immediately after you submit your order, this data is forwarded to our certified payment service provider and is not visible to us. Our payment service provider for payments via PayPal, as well as for credit card payments and invoice payments, is PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, with its PayPal PLUS payment service. Please also note the following information:

Payment by credit card

We accept Mastercard and Visa. This payment method is also available to our customers in Austria. There are no costs involved. If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, and the amount will be charged to your credit card account within a few days of receiving your order. MAWA GmbH does not store any credit card information. Our partner for credit card acceptance is PayPal PLUS (see note above). You will need no PayPal account to pay by credit card.

Payment with Paypal

If you have a PayPal account, you can also use it for payment. This payment method is also available to our customers outside of Germany. There are no fees involved. We will ship the goods as quickly as possible.

Payment in advance

The goods will be shipped as soon as the amount has been credited to our account. Please note that if you select this payment method, the delivery time will be slightly longer. There are no fees for this payment method. This payment method is also available to our customers outside of Germany. After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the necessary bank details.
