Confirmation of receipt of the order, along with acceptance of the order, will be sent via an automated email immediately after submission. This email confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. These vary depending on the product ordered and the country of your delivery address. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed before your delivery is completed. Further information can be found here .

As a service provider, we are responsible for the "own content" of our shop. Links to "external content" (websites of other providers) are dynamic references. We have reviewed the content of each initial link to determine whether it could give rise to civil or criminal liability. Complete monitoring of linked content is not possible. However, if it is determined or there are indications that a linked offer could give rise to civil or criminal liability, the link to such a site will be removed immediately.
German law applies to the legal relationship between MAWA and the buyer, as well as to the respective terms and conditions. For business customers only: The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, or another legal place of jurisdiction chosen by MAWA GmbH, provided the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB) or a corporation under public law.
At www.kleiderbuegel-kaufen.de, we display product and service reviews that we collect via the Shopify app "Judge me" and Trustpilot. Customers are asked to leave a review via email after completing their order. Customers can also submit reviews directly via the "Judge me" widget in our store; therefore, we cannot fully verify reviews.
Should any of these provisions of the contract be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, or should they subsequently lose their legal validity, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
